A name necklace is a pendant cut or engraved with a name you choose. Ours come in flowing script, bold Old English, vertical bars, two-name designs, and Arabic, Hebrew or Korean lettering.

How to choose your name necklace
Start with the lettering. Our name necklaces come in flowing script, Old English, print on a vertical bar, and Arabic, Hebrew or Korean lettering. Most designs offer up to 30 fonts, and most names can be up to 11 letters; the exact limit is shown next to the name field. See how each style looks in our personalization guide.
Then choose the metal. Gold plated, rose gold plated and silver plated finishes sit over stainless steel or brass, depending on the design, and are not solid gold. 925 sterling silver is solid silver. Read the care and size guide to keep a plated piece bright.
Last, pick the chain and length. Most necklaces come in 14 to 24 inches, with a cable or box chain and, on some designs, figaro or paperclip. Measure a necklace you already like before you choose. Questions, answered
How many letters can I engrave?
Most name pieces take up to 11 characters per name. A few designs set a different limit; the exact limit is shown next to the name field on each product page.
Can I order a name in Arabic, Hebrew or Korean?
Yes. The Arabic and Hebrew name necklaces accept the name in that script or in English, and the Korean pearl necklace takes the name in Korean. Spelling is engraved exactly as you send it.
How long does a personalized piece take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days for most designs (3–6 for a few Auriani studio pieces), then free US shipping takes about 2–6 business days.
Is gold-plated jewelry waterproof?
No. Remove plated pieces before swimming, showering or exercise, and keep them away from perfume, lotions and household chemicals. Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and store them dry.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized pieces are final sale because each one is made only for you. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or personalized incorrectly, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
Which chain length should I choose?
Most necklaces come in 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 or 24 inches. Measure a necklace you already like, or see the care and size guide, before choosing a length.
