Can I put two initials on one necklace?
Yes, the heartbeat initials necklace holds two initials, one in each heart. The other initial designs hold a single letter.
How long does a personalized piece take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days for most designs (3–6 for a few Auriani studio pieces), then free US shipping takes about 2–6 business days.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized pieces are final sale because each one is made only for you. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or personalized incorrectly, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
