Items made with the name or other personal details you provide are final sale for change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, incorrect, not delivered or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

Something is wrong

Please contact us through our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos help us assess damage or incorrect personalization when available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please do not mail an item to our business address or the manufacturer without instructions. Many issues can be resolved without a physical return; if one is needed, we will give you the authorized instructions.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether production can be stopped; cancellation is not guaranteed once production begins. Your mandatory rights remain unaffected.
