Made after your order

Your personalized necklace is made for your order. Our production partner lists a typical production time of 3–5 business days for custom-shaped name jewelry, after the order is confirmed and ready for production. Weekends are not production days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date, and does not include shipping time.

If you need a piece for a specific occasion, contact Auriani before ordering. Production and transit are separate stages; choosing Priority shipping does not automatically shorten production.

United States shipping

Our initial delivery focus is the United States. Available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout for your delivery address and order. Review these before paying. Orders containing more than one piece may ship in separate parcels.

Tracking your piece

Tracking information will be sent when your order ships. A shipping label alone does not mean the carrier has received the parcel. Allow the carrier to register its first scan. If tracking stops updating or a parcel appears missing, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate.

Address changes and delays

Please check your address before checkout. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after production or dispatch. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will inform you of your options, including cancellation and a refund where required.
