Every Auriani piece is made to order, then shipped. Here is what to expect, market by market.

Is shipping free?
Yes, within the United States: free standard shipping on every US order. Canada: from US$4.90 per order. Express shipping is available at checkout for both; the service and the final amount for your address are shown there.
Delivery times and prices
Estimated arrival is production (3–6 business days) plus transit. The dates below are counted from today and skip weekends; holidays, customs and remote addresses can add time. They are estimates, not guarantees.

Customs and import taxes
Duties and import taxes are not included unless checkout expressly says so. Orders to Canada may be charged them by Canada. US orders have no import charges. Prices are in US dollars; checkout may show a converted amount in your currency.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and Canada. Other destinations are currently unavailable.
Tracking your order
We send tracking information when your order ships. A created label does not always mean the carrier has the parcel: tracking updates after the first carrier scan. Orders with several pieces may arrive in separate parcels.
Ordering for a date
If a piece is for a birthday or another date, contact us before ordering. A faster shipping service, where offered, does not shorten production.
If there is a delay
If we cannot ship within the promised period, we tell you the revised estimate and your options, including cancellation and a refund where required. For damaged, defective or incorrect pieces, see returns & order issues.
