How to choose a personalized bracelet
Pick the design first: a name bracelet in script on a fine chain, an infinity bracelet with two or four names, a birth-year bracelet, a bead bracelet or the baby name bracelet. For your ankle, there is a cursive name anklet with a 1 inch extender.
Check the size. Most chain bracelets adjust from 6.5 to 8.5 inches. The baby name bracelet comes in 4.5, 5.5, 6 and 6.5 inch lengths. The size of each piece is listed on its page and in the care and size guide.
Then choose the metal: gold plated, rose gold plated, silver plated or solid 925 sterling silver. Plated finishes are not solid gold. Every bracelet is made to order and ships free within the US.

How long does a personalized piece take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes an estimated 3–6 business days, then free US shipping takes about 2–5 business days. See shipping and delivery.
How many letters can I engrave?
Most name pieces take up to 11 characters per name. A few designs set a different limit; the exact limit is shown next to the name field on each product page.
What metals can I choose?
Gold plated, rose gold plated or silver plated (over stainless steel or brass, depending on the design), or solid 925 sterling silver. Plated finishes are not solid gold. The options for each piece are listed on its page.
Is gold-plated jewelry waterproof?
No. Remove plated pieces before swimming, showering or exercise, and keep them away from perfume, lotions and household chemicals. Wipe them with a soft, dry cloth and store them dry.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized pieces are final sale because each one is made only for you. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or personalized incorrectly, contact us with your order number and we will put it right. See our refund policy.
