Personalized products: no change-of-mind returns

Jewelry made with your chosen name, initials or other personal details is made specifically for you. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind on these personalized products, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Please check the spelling, number and order of names, finish and chain details before placing your order. If we produce the item correctly according to the details you submitted, a typing error or a later change of preference does not qualify for a change-of-mind return. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Standard designs and mandatory cancellation rights

Choosing a standard material, chain or length does not automatically make an item legally personalized. For standard designs, we do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond applicable legal rights. Where the law of your place of residence gives you a right to cancel a distance purchase, notify us within the period that law sets and we will provide return instructions. We refund qualifying returns, including standard delivery, within the applicable statutory period. This does not limit your rights for faulty or non-conforming goods.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights when an item is damaged, defective, incorrectly personalized by us, not as described, or not delivered. Contact Auriani through our contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Clear photos, when available, can help us assess the problem.

We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Contacting us promptly helps us resolve the issue; this does not shorten any statutory claim period.

Return instructions

Please contact us before sending an item back. Do not send parcels to our business address without return instructions. If a physical return is necessary, we will provide the appropriate address and instructions. You will not be charged return shipping where the law requires us to cover it.

Order changes and cancellation requests

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct or cancel an order. We will check its production status. Changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once production has started, without affecting any mandatory rights you have.

Your statutory rights

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods still apply. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your state, province or jurisdiction.
