FAQ
Questions, answered
How many names fit on a mom necklace?
It depends on the design: the four-name heart and the infinity necklace hold four names, and the circle designs list their limit on the product page. Each name can be up to 11 characters.
How long does a personalized piece take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days for most designs (3–6 for a few Auriani studio pieces), then free US shipping takes about 2–6 business days.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Personalized pieces are final sale because each one is made only for you. If a piece arrives damaged, defective or personalized incorrectly, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
