How long does it take to make and deliver?
Each piece is made to order in 3–6 business days. Standard shipping then takes about 2–6 business days to the US and about 6–10 business days to Canada. Delivery dates are estimates; see the shipping policy.
How much is shipping?
We ship to the United States and Canada. Free standard shipping on every US order. Canada: from US$4.90 per order. Express shipping is available at checkout, with its price shown there.
Can I return a personalized piece?
Pieces made with your name, initials or other details are made only for you, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns on them, except where the law requires otherwise. If your piece arrives damaged, defective or personalized incorrectly, contact us with your order number and we will put it right. Read the refund policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We check the production status; once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
What will my text look like?
The sample beside the name field shows your text in the lettering style you choose. Please check the spelling and capitals before adding to your bag: the piece is made exactly as entered. The photos show the piece with example names.
How many characters can I use?
The counter beside the field label shows how many characters fit. Some fonts are wider, so they allow fewer characters on this piece; the page tells you when the font you chose fits fewer.
Which chain length should I choose?
16" sits on the collarbone and 18" just below it. Use the Size Guide next to the chain lengths to see each length on the body. If you are between two lengths, choose the longer one.
