A Necklace with Multiple Names: Your Guide
Some stories take more than one name. A necklace with multiple names can bring together children, siblings, a couple or the people you call family. Start with the names you want to wear, then choose a design that has a separate space for each one.
The Auriani Family Names Necklace offers one to four vertical script name pendants on one adjustable chain. Each name can contain up to 11 characters. Here is how to choose your combination and check it before ordering.
Choose one, two, three or four names
Select the number of names before typing. One necklace with four names is one personalized piece; a quantity of four in your bag means four copies of the same piece.
These links open the chosen name count with Polished Stainless Steel and Standard Box selected. You can change the finish and box on the product page.
For more than four names, this design does not provide enough separate name fields. Avoid joining several names in one field to work around the limit. If you are considering more than one necklace, check with the wearer about the combination they would enjoy.
Choose the names and their order
Use the names the wearer prefers: a familiar nickname, a child's first name or a partner's name. For a gift, quietly confirm spelling before ordering. Birth order or alphabetical order can be a useful starting point for several names, but the recipient's preference matters most.
For example, a necklace for Ana, Mia, Luca and Noah needs the four-name option and one name in each field. Review the sequence in the personalizer and check the written details again in your bag. Names in sample photographs illustrate the design; they are not the names that will be made for your order.
Check long names and supported characters
The limit is 11 characters per name. Check which letters and symbols the actual personalizer accepts. If it removes an accent, rejects a character or cannot fit the spelling you need, contact Auriani before ordering. Do not assume an unsupported character will be added during production.
A short form can work when it is a name the person already uses. Avoid shortening someone else's name simply to fit the field without checking their preference.
Check the chain and finish
The adjustable chain measures 16–18 inches, approximately 40.6–45.7 cm. Compare it with a necklace the wearer finds comfortable, excluding a hanging pendant from the chain measurement. Photographs cannot tell you exactly where a necklace will sit on a different person.
Choose polished stainless steel for the silver-tone option or an 18K yellow gold finish for the gold-tone option. These options are not sterling silver or solid gold. The chain length and care guide explains measuring, layering and looking after the finish.
Can you add another name later?
This is not offered as an interchangeable charm system. An additional pendant or a later name upgrade is not currently a confirmed option. Choose the name count you need now; contact Auriani before ordering if future additions are essential to your choice.
Choose the box and check your order
Standard Box is a soft-touch presentation box. Luxury Box is a mahogany-style box with an LED spotlight. Select your preferred option and check the displayed total after choosing the name count, finish and box.
- Read every name and confirm the count and sequence.
- Check the finish, box and chain length.
- For two necklaces with different names, personalize and add each separately. Confirm that your bag shows separate lines with the correct names.
- Review shipping and delivery information and returns and order issues before completing an order.
